Good Points

The items I ordered were delivered on time except for one thing i'm still waiting for.
I filled in the order form easily and sent it off.


Bad Points

When trying to place an order over the phone you have trouble with communication.
The people on the phone have trouble understanding what your saying.


General Comments

The main bad points seem to be concerning the phone.
Placing an order with a form has always been o.k.
I have not tried to order on line yet but have traced my missing order on line
And the ace website is good.
