There weren't any
Unfriendly & unhelpful staff
My daughter bought a new pram from Mothercare (and they're not cheap), but within a couple of weeks of use the chassis buckled. They refused to give her a refund and gave her a second hand pram to use while they sent her one away - for 3 weeks! She couldn't even use the second hand one as it had no apron. The pram came back, and within a week it had broken again, and all the shop could say was they'd send it away again. What happened to goods being fit for purpose? So, by the time she ever gets her pram the baby will be too big for it. And the staff were totally unfriendly and unhelpful. I don't know what's gone wrong with Mothercare, as it wasn't always like this.
