Uptime has been good only been cut of 4 times in 10 years.
If you pay with Direct Debit your Fine if not they will not upgrade your Broadband services and charge you £5 for not paying by Direct Debit.
Been with NTL for 10 years since virgin came into our life its been nothing but stress, bills are wrong monthly so I canceled Direct Debit's and now get charged £5 for paying over the phone, now they say I cant upgrade my Broad Band service to 20mb unless I sign up for a Direct Debit again.
