Some of the good points in the book was that he was able to get away in the end and have a really good life ofter he got away.

The bad points in the book was that parts where he was getting abused and where he was alone and had nobody except his father when he was there

The general comments that I have about the book My Story by Dave Pelzer is that it is a really sad book and that if you are depressed you should not read it and if you get teary really easy then you should also not read this book.
