They seemed polite and helpful initially. Contacted agent and went through the details with them but when actually viewing the property we realised some of the details were totally inaccurate - details said majority windows double glazed - and on the description of rooms stated i.e. bedroom one - double glazed window to front, etc. Unfortunately NONE of the windows were double glazed, furthermore all the sills etc were rotten.
When telephoning the agent they were rude, no apologises, and said the house was worth more than the asking price - even though it needed replacement of 12 windows! Also told us they had had lots of offers on the house for well over the asking price.
