Bad Points

In the process of changing my address on my driving license which has caused no end of problems. Have been waiting for 5 days now to hear back, even though I explained all this with them in the first place. I get the feeling that it is not going to go through even though I have been accepted, or so I am told. The address in my driving license was my parents and I have not lived there for nearly 10 years!! Don't see why it should play a factor. At this stage very frustrated.


General Comments

With Accept Car Credit I got a decision very quickly, saying that I had been accepted, was advised which garage to go to and did. Found a car and put the deposit down. Will have to wait and see, but not holding my breath. If however everything goes through ok, I will re-post telling this.

    After posting the veview, got a call about an hour later telling me that everything had gone through and picked up my new BMW last night. It took a while, but everything has gone through and the staff were very helpful, even though I had been on the phone with them a lot.

    All in all a good service and would now recommend.
