Good Points

Lucrative talks on the day of viewing.


Bad Points

Unprofessional, never ready to help, no customer service, I feel they would commit anything to make you pay the agency fees.


General Comments

Have gone for a new property through Martin and Co which I thought were very professional and helpful at my first visit. Martin and Co had agreed that the furnished property will have curtain and not the blinds. When I call them to check if the curtain are all fitted Martin and co told me its not going to happen and straight away the next thing they told me was would you like to cancel the contract and that would basically mean that I will lose my agencies fees £323.00. Was not happy at all with the service. Was highly upset by how unprofessionally as a customer I was dealt with. Wont recommend to anyone.
