-Incompetence in any respect.-Lost of inventory-Lost of first month's payment cheque.-Contract extension letter


General Comments

My flatmate and I decided to rent a flat through Your Move (Big Mistake)We had to pay 198 pounds for handling fees (references,contracts,etc...)After a month they told us that we had to pay an extra 95 pounds to complete the proceedings since referencing company did not finish with the references. The land lady became impatient with the situation so she decided to proceed with the contracts without references at all. (We paid 198 pounds for nothing) After six months we had to renew our tenancy contract so we have sent a letter to them stating that we would like to extend our contract. We did this twice and they stated that have never receive any letter from us. I think this is more than enough to show that their services are terrible.
