General Comments

I have had both phones for almost a year now. Mobileshop.com have mailed me each time to acknowledge my cash back payments are due. But as yet I have received nothing but excuses and no money. If you are contemplating using this company, perhaps it would be wise to read through some of the mountain of negative reviews posted about them. I have given up hope of receiving my cash back payments from mobileshop voluntarily, so would be interested if anyone out there has successfully taken them to the small claims court.
