Good Points

Very easy on batteries
Cheap
Very easy to use
Strong flash
Usable as a webcam

Bad Points

Very noisy images in low light
Camera processor very slow
Long shutter lag
Movie mode has awful quality and no sound
Takes a very long time to turn on
Battery and memory card doors very flimsy
Small (1.5"), relatively unclear LCD screen
One action shutter (ie without "pre focus" ability)
Fixed focus lens
No optical zoom
Fixed aperture (f3.5)
Flash can be very overpowering
Almost no manual settings
Buttons feel tacky
Lots of purple fringing, aberration, vignetting etc.

General Comments

All right for the sort of camera that you would like your children to take happy snaps with, otherwise, I wouldn't recommend the Vivitar ViviCam 3750. I got it second hand at a pawn shop for AUD$10, which is an all right price i suppose for a camera of this quality.
