Good Points

Sound is good after replacing a bad surround card - fortunately under warranty.

Bad Points

Manual is horribly written. You have to be a real technical to understand what is going on.Nothing about tech support in the manual.

General Comments

A few fixes would make this a value product. However,Their in difference comes through in all aspects.By contrast, an Onkyo system that I had purchased previously was well written and I had no problems hooking it up. As an a side, the remote to the Denon is a joke. One has to turn the remote over to access very important components of the system; none of which makes any sense at all.
