Good Points

Good suction when used as an upright.


Bad Points

Disaster for using on the stairs. Drive belt problem. Motor got too hot.


General Comments

I bought the EC 4111 which is in the same mold. I found the hose for hoovering the stairs absolute rubbish with only a brush attachment supplied and the hose uselessly too short and difficult to hold. The drive belt has come off every time I used it lately and have since taken it back to Argos who exchanged it for any other make and model I wanted, of course paying the difference if applicable.
