easy to buy, do it online it saves you £1.50 on phone charges.
trying to get postage refunds, when they send the items not as shown on the TV, and not because you have changed your mind, it costs on phone calls only to be told it will be refunded, but its not, so by the time it will, it will have cost you more on calls.
be careful on some rings for example, the gold is so thin that you can bend it with your fingers. the shop says it is too thin to resize, so if you return it you will lose £14.9 on postages.
