Good Points

Brilliant customer service either over the counter or via telephone banking

Bad Points

Do have a problem canceling direct debits etc but always get my money back if they make a mistake.

General Comments

Overall I have been with them for 3 years and apart from a few hiccups re canceling things etc I have always had my cards sent on time, no wait for setting up and free business banking as promised.
