Good Points

I have bought a number of items from price drop tv and on the whole have been very happy with what I've bought.

Bad Points

I ordered a ring which never arrived. I telephone customer services for advice and they said they would send out a letter of 'non arrival' and I should sign it and then my money would be refunded. Three weeks later the letter still hadn't arrived. Eventually I got the letter some 6 weeks later after many calls to customer service.

General Comments

The items are good value for money at price-drop.tv. Maybe you could get them cheaper on the internet, but it saves a lot of time looking. If you only buy want you really want/need, I believe it is a good way to purchase items. Be careful not to get carried away by the sales blurb though, because you could end up with a lot of stuff you really have no use for and spending a lot of money.
