Graphics and game play
The graphics are great.... if you have a £3000 PC !!! This game is barely playable on my system with an Intel core 2 duo 2.2Ghz, 2GB RAM and a 7900GS. Even on low settings with a very low resolution I barely ever get over 25fps... Gameplay is not as exciting as I expected, in fact quite boring sometimes. I am sure it would be better on DX10 though.Too much like Far cry.
This game is great if you have a very high end PC with DX10. I found this game virtually unplayable most of the time, unless I have it at 800x600 res on all low... My system should be able to play this game with no problems on LOW settings.I suspect many of the pre-release screen shots of the game were tweaked/modded somehow. I have screen screen shots from users on the highest spec PC you can buy, yet it looks nowhere near as good as the screen shots released by Crytek. The game play itself is too much like Far cry. The only only major thing that has changed is DX10... I don't know what all the hype is about.I might come back in a few years when this game is playable and add a different review saying it's great, but for now I think it is a huge letdown.
