Fast, spacious, respected on the road, excellent handling, stylish and not the most expensive car to afford. Oh, it sounds beautiful too.
Insurance is a major problem, and it doesn't drink petrol, it swallows petrol. It's a killer on the petrol side, but if you have the cash, why not.
To be truthful, half the people here who have written their reviews on the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI don't really know what an Evo is! They know it's fast and stylish, and is a rally car, but that's about it. It's either they haven't got the car but is still writing reviews. Or they just don't know what they can do with an Evo, that's kinda disappointing because they don't know there own car inside out. Evolution is a car that I would say, is affordable. If you compare it with other extreme powered cars of it's range, you can understand that compared to cars of similar speed i.e. Skylines etc, it does have a descent price! I've driven a Skyline before and compared to my Evo, not much difference really, but the Skyline cost my friend £50K and my second hand Evo for £20K, brand new £27K at the most, you still have £23K left over compared to a Skyline, it's enough for your insurance, can slap a few more engine parts in with triple clutch, you dominate the road.
Another thing about the Evo is that it is respected by all ORIENTAL people, simply because they know what a car is.
