Magnet has a nice shop in Cardiff
They have failed to supply me with a complete kitchen. Units are falling off the walls, the sink isn't sealed, the waste runs over my garden, the hood is wobbly, in fact the original plans are not even correct. Cupboards do not sit flush on walls, the dishwasher and washing machine are run off an extension cable. They only allowed enough materials to cover less than 50% of my floor area. In fact I am devastated at the mess they have left my home in.
They are supposed to put things right within four weeks but it looks like they are going to run outside three months! The shop is calling me a liar and trying to lay blame elsewhere.I would never recommend Magnet kitchens after my experience.
