Good Points

The website was clear and easy to use, value for money compared to other sites. Initially polite and helpful.


Bad Points

No information about delivery to Scotland. £50 charge to delivery by courier TNT. Completely unhelpful when faced with an unhappy customer. Refused to help with the company they engaged to deliver when the problem was between them a situation I had no control over.


General Comments

One of the items wasn't with them on delivery day so they did not send the consignment but didn't tell me. Second time of delivery the courier company had incorrect information and so couldn't deliver the goods. Customer service was very good when everything was going well and I was met with a brick wall when things weren't going well. I asked for a refund of the delivery charge and I was offered a different delivery day or a full refund of all the goods neither of which is helpful at any stage when I have had to take 2 days off work to wait for delivery and have to delay fitting my kitchen. I am still waiting for the goods to be delivered and have to take another day off. Neither of the problems with delivery had anything to do with me. Appliancesuwant blame courier and courier blame appliancesuwant as the customer this is unacceptable.
