Good Points

Hard to give a good point, if I would have received the trainers then they would have been good value though.


General Comments

Never received item from Boardsport Warehouse. Customer support was awful - no response was received from multiple emails sent and was difficult to get through to anyone on the telephone. I left multiple answerphone messages but received no response and when I finally did get through to someone they were very unapologetic about the service despite the fact that I still hadn't received my trainers after 2 months. I never did receive my trainers, I managed to get most of my money back although I did have to pay for delivery. Nightmare shopping experience
