Good Points

The salesman who called originally was good. Very reassuring. Assured me I could have the car I wanted at the price I wanted.


Bad Points

The saleswoman at the showroom was awful! Kept disappearing and leaving us. She came back and told me that because I am classed as an agency worker (which I'd told them already and been passed) the finance company wouldn't give me a loan. She mentioned the company and I replied, thats funny, I've already been approved for a loan with them. She didn't know where to put her face. I did, I walked out!


General Comments

What first disturbed me about the place is there were no prices on the cars. I was told on the phone that there were 20 automatics available. When I got to the showroom I was told about one, never got to see a car because I told her to forget it.
