Beautiful range of toys, reasonable price, beautiful setting in the picturesque Pennine village of Marsden, West Yorkshire.
None.
The Magic Box toy shop in Marsden is one of those shops which, when you find them, you want to keep to yourself. I'm always looking for unusual and original present ideas for my nieces and nephews and this beautiful traditional toy shop has never failed to delight both me and my lucky nieces and nephews. The shop sells a constantly changing range of wooden toys, games and original and unusual presents for the young (and young at heart). What is especially nice is that the shop stocks toys in all price ranges so I can buy toys as an occasional treat as well as for Birthdays and Christmas : of all the cat puppets, dolls and jigsaws, my favourite is a tiny paper globe which can be crushed in the palm of your hand and then re -inflated with one breath.
