Good Points

Excellent customer service, probably because they get so much practice! You can talk to a human 24/7. Reimburse $2 for every ATM fee incurred.


Bad Points

They changed software vendors in May 2007. It is an absolute nightmare! I dread going to my account on line, every time I do it is messed up, I then spend 30-60 minutes on the phone with customer service. Way more trouble than going back to paper statements and balancing my account once a month the old fashioned way.


General Comments

I have been with State Farm Bank since 8-2003. It was fantastic, until they upgraded their software with a new vendor.
