You should say the price but on the basis that you are paying for no service this is actually the equivalent of setting light to handful of 20s.
Rude customer service, slow response (if they turn up) and every attempt to refuse assistance roadside.
Cheap is not always cheerful, we certainly weren't and would caution people buying just on a price comparison.
