Good Points

Nice clothes fit well mostly.


Bad Points

Staff on phone don't seem to have the ability or equipment to handle stock queries, I popped into Merryhill branch for an item but it wasn't in my size, they gave me an order number and phone number to order item, when I rang they gave another number who said the item or lingerie was showing as a bread bin ????? Still not found item.


General Comments

Stores are nice. Lingerie fits well, but cannot locate items on their list, phone contact centres saying the item a intimates bra which i wanted in plum colour doesn't exist, however I have seen them in the merryhill branch but not in my size and purchased two similar bras, when I provided these codes they also did not exist on their systems weird !!!!!
