Unreliable, Lazy drivers, Long waits
I made a reservation for Super Shuttle to pick me up from JFK to my apartment (in LES). I arrived on time at 6:45 am. As directed, I proceeded to the baggage claim area, made the phone call and waited for my driver. I was told he would come in twenty to twenty five minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes, I see no driver. I do however see three empty super shuttle recruiting customers without any reservations. All three vans leave before I even get picked up. I contacted dispatch inquiring why I haven't been picked up. It's been 45 minutes. They apologize and tell me the driver will pick me up in 5-10 minutes. I waited fifteen minutes and still no driver. I waited over an hour and still no phone call no driver, nothing. Aggravated, tired and disappointed, I hailed a taxi cab. I strongly advise you not to use this company.
