Good Points

Can use any wireless router.

Bad Points

Connection speed, extremely slow no matter peak or off-peak (the speed was ok during off-peak back in May 2007). This problem may arise due to an increasing number of customer (yes, virgin has very good marketing department) but no improvement on service.

General Comments

Try some other broadband, but definitely not virgin (in my opinion).I really want to switch service provider but can't be bother.
