shuts down,continually have to reset to be able to turn on turns off phone itself even during calls not helpful when you are waiting for a call Customer service is unhelpful support just asks you to return the phone and you get a different phone that has the same problems - no feedback from support
General Comments
I would never buy another palm product - have had a T3 and a T5 with no problems but the non existent customer support for the treo has made me come to this decision
