Excellent customer service - and some of us need it more than others! And having already paid for it is so helpful.
The backing of a good firm who keep promises.
Money to charity a good bonus and typical of the supplier.
After having a terrible time with another provider, extending over a long period, I rang Waitrose with a view to changing to a name I trust.
They took all the tasks away; the communication was good before installation; being able to trust their service is so helpful.
