General Comments

Just received my Model 34. Decided to sight in the iron sights.
First I made sure all the screws were tight and then set the rear
sight in the middle of its adjustment. A target was placed 10 yds
away on the ground. I was laying on the ground and squezzed off the first shot. It hit 2 feet in front of the target. With the rear sight
elevated all the way up. It shot 3 inches below the 2 inch bullseye.
Mind you that's at 10 yds. Amarex said the barrel drops too much.
???. Send it back. At my cost of course. Very disappointed to say
the least. Hope it will finally turn out to be a good investment. Also this models recoil is close too a high powered rifle. Way more than
my 10/22.

    Greetings;
    Sorry your Diana shot so low. If it still shoots low when you
    get it back(not unusual for break barrel sprigers) put a shim
    under the lower half of your scope mount ( at the rear). Cut a
    soda can into a strip about half inch by three quarters of a
    inch. Fold this piece in half at the three quarters of a inch width
    and this should do it.

    My experience couldn't be more different. I just bought my M34 for suburban pest control and absolutely love it. I'm using iron sights with rws superpoint extra .22 and I'm 8/8 (5-20yds) Although, I don't have much to compare it to, just an old sheridan I got about 20 years ago. This M34 is going to make me an air gun junkie. Hope everything works out for you.
