Everything was bad about Bolt Blue www.boltblue.com.
General Comments
I had received a 'promotional' text message upon receipt of a new phone and thought it was part of the initial set up of the phone until I got my bill!! I eventually found out I had to reply STOP and still received a further 2 messages!! I explained to them that I've never used their website and wanted a refund as it was an honest mistake .They refuse to budge and offered no goodwill gesture whatsoever - they are simply not interested. I have just sent them another email to tell them that I was extremely disappointed in their communication and demanded refund on 2 text messages. I got after I asked it to STOP - I also told them I would let as many people as possible know how bad they were and how misleading their 'promotional' text messages are
