Sell seats on flights that they don't appear to have and don't respond when you contact them by e-mail, but ok at admitting they are at fault over the phone
I agree with J Gibbons comments. I booked in August with TCD for October 08. After paying my full deposit of £500 for 2 adults and 1 child TCD have come back with a form for me to sign and return asking for my acceptance of a change of 38" seat pitch (premium) to 35" seat pitch with no refund. I have complained as this is nearer the Sunshine first 34" seat pitch and I booked premium for a medical reason - and my husbands 40th birthday on the flight home. I am not really bothered about the frills of free drinks as we will be driving in Florida and the 40kg x3 is too much for 2 adults to carry. Had I of known they were going to sell me seats they didn't have then I would have gone with VIrgin! I just want what I have paid for and TCD havn't had the decency to reply from 2 weeks ago, so I don't know now whether to accept or contact ABTA or someone as TCD told me they were within their rights to do that!! Really poor Customer care .
