Good Points

I have the 777 (717) it has excellent accuracy I place 6 shots in a 1.5" red dot @ 20 yards. The rear sight adjustments are user friendly. I have finished the walnut pistol grips with polyurethane, it adds highlights to a well made air pistol. I suggest users place fluorescent Orange or Red on the rear of the front sight. The safety system is designed to the highest regard for the user. The barrel is exceptional patterns stay tight if you keep the rifling clean. Comes with oil, cleaning kit and adjustment tools.


Bad Points

Even though it a fine air pistol it has a plastic bolt. Slide the bolt carefully to prevent wear. I suggest a light silicone grease well placed modestly in the rear of the slide action.


General Comments

Over all the Daisy did well on the design of the 700 series. I bought the 777 new is the box at an auction for $82.00. It has already paid itself off 10 times in competition.
