General Comments

The mortgage on this house was paid off by may parents some years back, it was done by an endowment mortgage and we were one which actually received money back as we paid off early. The rate was fair and it worked out okay, but back then this house only cost about £30,000, now its value is near £300,000.
We had no problems with Halifax, and they had no problems with us, all in all it was good. However things may have changed since then, so i cannot recommend it.
