It's nice to think you are able to control your bank account quickly and easily at any time even if it is not always so.
At First Direct Internet Banking the telephone staff are always very pleasant and helpful. At my age I feel much more confident and competent on the telephone than at the computer so possibly I'm inclined to be a little unfair on there Internet Banking System.
