We have 4 flights this year with My Travel - 2 in economy (exit seats both times ) and 2 in premium. Being 6'4" leg room is always an issue - obviously exit seats were ok re this however I am of average build but have never been so tightly squeezed in a seat - the width is appalling. Even my wife who is 5'2" and slim found the seats awful. Seats in premium are wider and leg room is good throughout - also there is more cushioning. Staff very friendly on all flights. Entertainment ok, food ok too. Would use them again if we can afford to go premium for long haul. Would put up with exit seats in economy for 3 hour or less flight.
Bad Points
In premium cabin you don't get your personal tv screen until main meal service is served - so be prepared to endure the main feature film no matter what for the first couple of hours. Bring your own headphones - most of the ones given out in premium had to be replaced 2/3 times and were of very poor sound quality.
General Comments
Staff very nice, it's good value - can't complain at the price. Hopefully take over by Thomas Cook will improve the airline further still.
