Good Points

Near to Old Quarters.


Bad Points

1. We were awaken from sleep and asked to evacuate our hotel room in the middle of the night for some flimsy excuses.
2. Second room we were ushered to, had rats and it was without balcony and windows.
3. Staff overcharged us for train and tour and made empty promises.


General Comments

Not all rooms have hair dryer, window and balcony, mini bar and working table as advertised in their official website.
Do not book train ticket or tours through the hotel especially the train ticket to Sapa. I was charged USD 32 per pax one way when in reality it is only USD 20.
