Bad Points
Heavy, the rifle although short is a lump to carry mainly due to the cylinder which is hugely over engineered and can withstand massive pressures twice most other cylinders on the market.I prefer a safety that can be activated when the weapon is loaded or not the HW100s can only be set when loaded.

General Comments
Superb accuracy increasing hugely once around 2000-3000 pellets fired, with a solid rest the rifle is easily capable if 20mm groupings at 30 meters. Superb build quality. My standard .22 2005 model will hit around 100 shots on a full gas. When fitted with the waihrauch silencer the weapon is almost silent even from 10 meters you get the chance to have more than 1 shot before pray realize whats happening.I purchased my HW100S a few months old from a friend and e mailed weihrauch for an instruction manual at 2100 at 1100 the following day I had the manual free of charge from Germany to Wales UK. Brilliant service. The 14 round mag and pull lever operation is second to none I have owned a lot of top air rifles and never found such a sweet trigger and loading system. I own an old diving bottle to fill the weapon I paid £30 for it in 2006 and I have fired around 6000 pellets and not needed to fill it yet which at £5 a go is not a huge worry although I have to remove the cylinder from the rifle a quick fit adapter is available on newer models. Don't even entertain the stirrup pump! Superb! I have owned or used most of the best air rifles but for me this the first one in the boot of the car every time I go shooting. And I don't work for weirauch either.
