The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby/reception area is very impressive but the rooms could do with updating and improving (our balcony door did not lock for example) but all in all a lovely hotel which I would recommend to friends.
Bad Points
Too few lifts for so many rooms although during our stay all the lifts were working and luckily the hotel was not full - so was not a particular problem for my husband and I.
General Comments
Loved the Suncrest Hotel and also the Resort of Quawra.
