Bad Points

They have been telemarketing us regarding grace period. Each representative I have spoken with has been extremely rude instead of trying to get the issue taken care of. Their representatives have not been introducing their business as required by law, and have not been closing their phone calls with their phone number. I asked if I could be taken off the call list, I was told no, and was hung up on. All business related phone calls legally require an introduction of who is calling and at least a call back phone number verbalized and I was not given that or the opportunity to opt out of the phone calls. What if I was concerned about security and wanted to call back in to take care of the phone call for security purposes? It does not feel secure to have someone looking for money asking for a member of the house and not behaving professionally. I have called several of their 800 numbers and have not been able to connect with a live representative to report that one of their employees is not doing his job correctly. I consider it harassment when representatives are calling my house, being snide, and disclosing no information not even their name. The representative didn't even say his name so I don't know which representative to report.


General Comments

I am disappointed that this is how they treat their customers. A member of my household is a customer of theirs and I think needs to find a way to go to a different business with her money.
