Bad Points

I took it back after only a few uses (2 weeks) because the system software continuously locked up (needed to even unplug and wait for battery to die because simple shut down.


General Comments

Magellan Roadmate 6000T has lots of features, good price (it was on clearance at Target down to $300 from $600). All the features you would find in the latest/greatest if it worked consistently. Volume / Zoom control on the outside (ease of use) - but you tend to inadvertently push them if you adjust the unit's position (frustrating) This could have just been a bad unit, but it was never opened, and there were 3 others ones available (when I got mine). I haven't seen it on the shelf since, perhaps discontinued which would make this review fairly unusable if that is the case.
