General Comments

After ordering online, I was emailed and asked to call the 800 number to confirm my order. I then had to give the security code on the back of my card. The HORRIBLY RUDE SALESPERSON AND MANAGER whom I asked to speak to tried to sell me all kinds of other things I didn't want and would not let me go until I said that I would add the extra battery or whatever. I told them that I wanted the camera alone but they said that "it's just the body" and that I needed to buy a lens, etc which would amount to over $3,000. That's 3 times he advertised price. They are horrible liars out to get you. When I called to cancel my order and asked to speak to the person in charge, the horribly rude person said that he was the manager and he told me that because I wasted his time, he was going to charge me $250 dollars. I swore at him and hung up. I then reported that my credit card was stolen and had my numbers changed. I suggest you do the same if you fall into his trap. I also called the cops and I'm going to elevate this matter.
