Easy to use, versatile, good hot chocolate
Poor espresso cream,poor cappuccino, non existent latte
I bought the Braun Tassimo Freshly Brewed Hot Drinks Machine on the basis of some of the reviews I had read.I have an extremely versed experience in all matters related to Italian coffee and cappuccino and in my opinion this machine produces coffee more akin to a filter coffee maker and nowhere near to that of a cappuccino, let alone an espresso.The latte type drink produced is really a filter coffee with some insignificant white froth on the top which looks nothing like cream and most importantly does not taste creamy.It does however make a good hot chocolate and a generally good filter coffee.For espresso and cappuccino aficionados, you may need to seek an alternative coffee maker.
