Good Points
Simple value for money. fair road map accuracy.

Bad Points
Web support and update procedure is chronic. Worst site and process for buying extras and updates I have ever experienced. Eventually after nearly three hours trying I gave up. Commercially it would be cheaper to throw it away and buy a new one.

General Comments
New to Sat Nav I thought it was Ok and indeed it does half a job OK. Don't even think of updating it or trying to contact customer support. They evidently couldn't care less about after sales service.
