Christmas Made Easy is a great book for anyone who is new to this Christmas dinner malarkey! With step by step guides to the things that look simple but just aren't, like cooking the perfect turkey it's a foolproof guide to providing your nearest and dearest with a super Christmas dinner and looking like an expert at the same time. There's also some great ideas in here for starters, nibbles, puds basically everything you need. A fantastic introduction to Christmas cooking.
