Bad Points

They took money from my credit card and refused to refund it due to the fact that we were 9 minutes late. We had warned them that we would be late and they said phone again when you reach the airport. Which we did. They said that they couldn't pick us up so we booked into mid-stay. When we returned we found a full charge on my credit card, complained and got rude emails in response, discourteous service and a false address to write to. I have been corresponding with another company at the same address who have never heard of Stansted Crown Parking.

They are not a trustworthy outfit.
