Easy to set up and easy to use.

No contact when things go wrong.
General Comments
This product is rubbish, after much deliberation with other users of my PC, we decided to let them have a go at fixing the problem by using 'log me in' . They said that I had given them the wrong details for logging in. Have never heard from them again. Going to try to get the balance of my subscription back, but don't hold out much hope! Don't touch this company with a barge pole.
