Good Points
Delivery was prompt and I was even able to arrange to have the delivery left with someone across the road. The pans look and feel very good quality, comprehensive care instructions were included. Haven't used them much yet but look like they'll last forever!

Bad Points
So much packaging included!

General Comments
I really enjoy cooking and thought it was about time I invested in some better equipment. Found this company on Google and have been really impressed with the size and quality of the range they offer. Took a bit of a chance ordering a set of their pans but have to say I've been really pleased so far, fingers crossed!
