The worst customer service you can imagine.
General Comments
I booked a seat for my son and needed to change the date but it was impossible. My son called a number of times and each time he was transferred to different extensions. Many times the calls were disconnected and several times he was on hold for an hour and finally had to hang up. After trying for a week still no success. I am going to book a new seat for him and deal with Expedia later. I will never use Expedia again after my bad experience.
