Written in their down to earth style which is very refreshing. They seem to have nailed just about every combo of body shapes out there, & some i hadn't even thought existed. Style advice is, as ever, sensible & realistic...if you happen to have any of their other books that deal with what colours to wear in addition - you've will have to be a style diva.

It can still be a little bit hard to tell if you fall into one of two similar categories...it would of been good to have a little more distinguishing features for each type.....or perhaps I just have a body shape no one else does????? Bit more info around some of the existing definitions too - for example what it means if you are long waisted as opposed to short waisted not sure thats very clear.
